Being a newbie with the A320, I practiced with the tutorial LOWW/EKCH. It went 80% ok, but some issues with the IRS

Whereas the captain had the IRS properly set, not the FO. Is it normal ?

iI saved the scenario, engine running, before t/o. But, when I try to restore, all ok, excepted for, again, the IRS which are not set and cannot normally be and what results apparently in consequent errors. 

How to solve this ?

Have you tried restarting from from scratch?  i.e. not loading the faulty scenario, just creating a new flight.

I did and then ok. But can't we properly save a flight at a stage with proper settings ?

It should work just fine. Just try to make a new save.
