Marcell Csendes Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 Hello Is there any YouTube video or guide that teaches the Radio and Navigation properly like in real life it would happen? Plus often I hear pilots or air traffic controllers refering to letters like Tango, Bravo, etc. Maybe any cheatsheet exist to learn those? I would like to go to the next level, but I am unsure how the radio and navigation exactly working. What I know so far is taxiing, landing and takeoff procedures, even emergency landings, but so far the radio is confusing to me. Quote

Sabine Meier Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 Just go over the standard NATO alphabet which is shown in the post above. This also includes the pronunciation of the numbers 0-9. 1 Quote

Any text or guide for that? For the radio navigation part you should leave the airbus parked and fly with a cessna low and slow to practice. See here and also here 1 1 Quote
