No black image in Scenario menu P3D v4.4

Hey guys,
I'm using the Prepar3D v4.4 but when I was exiting P3D I noticed something different why is that the Scenario Menu on top of my sim? What happened to the black blank screen with the menu over it?

BTW...I'm using TomatoShade does that have an impact?
