Norman Blackburn Posted May 8, 2019 Posted May 8, 2019 @Giovanni Cernicchiaro 1002 means the order ID which starts ST - not SKU - and the email don’t t match. Most commonly this is where a person has a number of email addresses and enters one that isn’t the one used at purchase. 1 Quote
