Cannot Verify my Product

Hello,

i went into my account settings to try and re verify my A320, i put in all the correct details, checked them all more than three times but it doesnt work, i get an error message saying that my product has already been verified, it still wont let me download liveries!!?? I'm getting stuck and frustrated!

I have already found your other account that you created on 20th January where you then added the purchase.  The accounts will be merged shortly with the account name being Ethan Gray.
