NilsUnger Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 Hi everybody, does anyone know where to download the freeware scenery of Vagar Airport (Faroe Islands) from this broken link? https://p3dfreeware.wordpress.com/2016/02/17/faroe-islands/amp/ Now that we have Atlantic Airways repaints for the A319 and A320 I would love to go there. Thanks Quote
Pedro_Carvalho Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 I can't help you with the broken link, but I have an alternate solution for Vagar (which is one of my favorite special places also). I use the combination of a payware scenery by Azurafiles and a freeware package available on avsim: http://www.azurafiles.com/index.php?id_product=65&controller=product https://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=166718 I bought it on sale for around 10€. 1 Quote
Pedro_Carvalho Posted October 25, 2018 Posted October 25, 2018 This scenery was released a couple of days ago: https://secure.simmarket.com/mk-studios-vagar-p3d4.phtml I've not installed it myself but it looks better than the one from azurafiles. Quote
NilsUnger Posted October 25, 2018 Author Posted October 25, 2018 Yes, I have also seen that. What keeps me from purchasing a payware scenery is the lack of real RNP procedures which are normally used, I guess. They are in the charts but not in the AIRAC data, unfortunately. Quote

Don't know what Nav data you use but the NavDataPro has them. I did the RNP U to Rwy30 last night and the lateral bit worked a treatSent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk Quote
NilsUnger Posted October 26, 2018 Author Posted October 26, 2018 Thanks for the info. I use rather old Navigraph data, as I fly offline, only. It's not worth it for me to update every cycle. Can anyone confirm that newer Navigraph data has the procedures included? Thanks Quote
Sabine Meier Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 Even I fly offline but I do update to each Airac cycle so to keep it more realistic. But I believe the latest Airac does include the procedures. Quote
