i have lost all my credential to download the A320X, how can i have back my credentials ?

Go here and enter in your email address in the lower right box.

    Thank's Norman, with your link i have found the order id. But how can i find the serial number ?

    Same link but top right.  Add the order ID and your email address.  Then on the next page look at the link to your receipt.
