Hi guys I have an issue in P3D v 4.3 as I use Pro ATC and GSX I can not hear any voices from this two programs and I can only hear aircraft generated sounds and it is frustrating can anybody tell me how I am supposed to configure settings or what the solution is please

Please look at the image I threw together in a few minutes.  Note that you should check your device - in the red square in case there are multiple options.
