Hi there,

I am trying to find my order number for my A320 that I purchased months ago and cant seem to find it. I tried doing esellerate and the order history doesnt have my A320 on there. I just bought the A319 and I cannot download until I update the A320 in which I need my order number. I have sent support an email as well.

Your eSellerate order history depends on you email. Any chance you used a different email for your order? I have 2 emails and some of my orders are associated with one and some with the other..

On an aside, you can change the email address for your orders to put them all together.  Details can be found at the esellerate site.
