Hello, I sent an email yesterday at the end of the day about my problem when registering my A319X product that I also bought yesterday with my data of the serial number and the key of my product.

Unfortunately, still today morning I still can not record it. It makes the same mistake as yesterday ie the error "1002".

Can you solve this problem as soon as possible because I do not know how to have everything I need to fly with your product.
