Screens are black, and buttons are unclickable

Hi :) 

I had the a320x for a while, it was working good during the first 2 flight. But later on I start a new flight another day and the aircraft is not functioning well, screens are black, all buttons dont work, even the batteries. The engines are on so it isn't in cold and dark state. Could you please help!
