I don’t recall it happening to anyone before, since your account is so new I don’t think you were banned for bad behavior or something along those lines. There was indeed an attack on the website, but only the forum was compromised at this tome with all payment info like credit cards and serials remaining safe. It is recommended to change your password immediately, however, just to be safe. Hope this helps!

Your username is not blocked - you just need to verify ownership of the product, as everyone else, before you can download liveries and other related files. Kind regards,
