No Connection with GSX or VPILOT

When i start the Airbus in an airport, i try to open up the GSX and VPILOT(VATSIM) it doesnt want to work or connect with P3DV4.

Any suggestions or fix for this matter? thankyou

Hi Elieizer

Have you installed the simconnect libraries found in your p3d install?
