Hello,

I purchased Concorde X from Aerosoft around 2-3 months ago, and every time I try to load it, it either crashes my FSX (Steam Edition) to desktop straight away, or when I load the aircraft it crashes at 3%. I have tried contacting FSLabs Support, but they have not been helpful as the tickets I have submitted over 2 months ago have been ignored. I would really appreciate any help on this issue.

    ConcordeX boxed version is not compatible with SE. You would have to purchase the renewal to get the correct version.
