A320 Missing wheels when loading up

Seasons greetings to all. I'm sure it is a simple problem but for some reason the undercarriage has gone missing when loading the A320 as outlined in the manual - ie by the book.

It didn't do this when I first purchased the product. I just cant find a solution and haven't seen one - if there is and I missed it my apologies. If it is not that simple I will provide all my details of my OS etc.

Any advice/help would be welcomed and appreciated.

please change your profile name into your real name and register your A320 as for the forum rules. Also support is not given in the general forum, please post this in the correct subforum to obtain help.
