I'd like a quick consult. I'm buying this new pc, and I'd like to know if the P3D v 4.1 will run smoothly. Can anyone help me?

In my opinion: yes, if you're able to get your settings right you'll have a smooth experience on, I would say, any hardware from the lowest i5's and GTX 1050's. You'll just have to be willing to trade eye-candy for smoothness but that's the case on pretty much any hardware/monitor setup at this time.

Personally I'd go for a 7600K with a Z270 board over what you've selected as most kaby lake i5's overclock up to 5ghz with adequate cooling
