problem p3dv4 and fslabs a320

Hello,
I just buy on your web site the a320 x for p3dv4.
I read the documentation for install him but i have a problem with. when i choose the plane p3dv4 ask me to close . I click no but after charging p3dv4 always crash
I install the exe in administrator mode, i have avast, i  exclude
 
C:\Users\jérôme gamer\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons\FSLabs\* .
C:\ProgramData\FlightSimLabs\LAAS\* on it
 
The firewall of windows defender was desactivate.
I reduce the graphics and it's always the same problem
Can you help me please?

Please note that you will have to change your nickname to be your real name, first and last as in your purchase and you have to link your addon to your account. Then you can post in the appropriate forum.
