Dear sir

I just downloaded A320X for P3DV3.3.5  today and installed into the latest (Fresh install) .When i load the plane up , it just black screen . I wated for a few hours and nothing happends . I tired to reinstall A320 but nothing seemed to change. Anyone facing the same issue ? And fix ? On the top it also says sound off ,  which i cannot turn it on despite pressing "Q"
