[Resolved] Concorde-X No Gear

I couldn't access the Concorde-x part of the forum, so I have to post here.  After I downloaded the Concorde and civa, I opened it up in FSX (non-steam edition).  However, there s no landing gear, and the gauges are black.  I can't control anything in the cockpit either, even though I verified the purchase with the serial number. Any help?
