Server status update

Good morning all,

I wanted to give a small update on our server status.

A few of you noticed that we had some service interruptions in the past couple of days. Those were due to some faulty disks that were on the verge of failing entirely. We worked through the night for the past 48 hours together with our ISP to ensure a transition to new hardware that would be felt the least amount possible by our customers and would guarantee continuity.

I am happy to say that we're 90% there and all that was noticed was a few minutes here and there with the web site loading partially.

Those with a keen eye might also have noticed that our support ticket system was down for some of those 48 hours. It is now fully functional again - please excuse a small delay in our response times as we're going through these.

We are still moving some secondary operations over to the new hardware so there might be small interruptions here and there but we think that we're over the major hurdle at this time.

Feel free to post in the general forum if you feel there is anything server-related that is not functioning properly.
