I am not trying to defend someone but you have to consider these factors, even if your situation is undesirable.

1. It is weekend. This is also true for devs of flight sim addons (I guess).

2. The general forum is NOT for support.

3. You have to use your full real name as forum name.

4. You have to validate your purchase.

5. The product support channel is said to be quicker than the forums. Although I have also heard otherwise.

I hope you get the needed support. Cheers.

nils..thank you for your reply..i updated my profile earlier, this is an awesome aircraft...when i can get it to work..its just frustrating as i don't get a lot of time to mess about with these things..i never had these problems with the aerosoft bus..maybe its because its not as technical..but a simple problem of updating your platform throws a wobbler..thats what frustrates me

I didn't update to last version of P3D yet but I noticed that there is only one case when I can load this aircraft normally and that is:

1. start the sim

2. fire up the cub and load it on airport i want to fly from

3. shutdown the engine

4. load FSL A320

9 out of 10 times it works. Sometimes it causes issues with second engine not starting at all. I did notice that anytime I try to alter this process I end up with some crash or issues. What's more important, after switching off the sim I can't restart it anymore due to Fslabs A320x dll errors. I need to reboot the PC.

Anyway I plan to do the following:

1. Update to last hotfix

2. Rebuild shaders

3. Rebuild cfg file

I'll let you know how it goes and if I see any errors on the way.

OK - looking forward to it.   Note that you should allow a minute or so between shutting down the sim and trying to launch it again to give everything a chance to unload from memory.

Here I am after update to newest client and cfg and shaders cleanup.

I can load FSLabs A320X however I want, it's not crashing the sim when restarting, I can load saved panel state without any issues and in general I am GRATEFUL. :)
