VAS question

Featured Replies

Generally speaking, does VAS / OOM issues relate to the time of day at all?  I've noticed that I tend to have more issues flying at night then the day and was wondering if there was any correlation.  Being a bit of a novice to the issue, I wasn't sure if and what the main contributors were outside of "having a lot going on" within the sim.

Usually if I take off in the 70-80% range I can land without issues.  However, taking off in the 80% usually leads to warnings mid flight or approach.

Hi Brad,

VAS is higher if you fly during dawn/dusk as the day and night textures are used at the same time blended to achieve the necessary effect.
