FPS all over the place P3D

The FPS is all over the place in P3D.

Takeoff from T2Gate KSEA south   anywhere from 8 to 35   Cruise  24-35    APP   10-35 Taxi KMEM 8-35.

Is there anyway to reduce these windows. I do not have this kind of fluctuation on another reputable high quality sim,
