Unable to register products

Hi,

I have purchased both A320 and A319 but I am unable to register them.

For Order # I am during "FLI...." ID
and using serial # provided for each product.

Keeps showing:

Sorry, there is a problem

Something went wrong. Please try again.

Error code: EX0

Hello Konstantin,

From our forum.  Please note the large red writing.

2) Proof of A320-X product ownership.  

Please note this step is NO LONGER POSSIBLE.  It was ONLY for products purchased via esellerate.  
Fastspring serials will NOT work as the product is automatically added.

If you need assistance then please send an email to support@flightsimlabs.com.

To verify that you own one of our A320-X aircraft, click on your display name on the top right area of the forum, select "Account Settings" and click on "My Products" on the left. Then, enter your product information as in the picture below:

Roger,

Will send an email out, as it seems like the automatic registration didnt work.

 

Even thought it does show that im a verified owner -_-

 

Edit 3: Seems like its working, maybe it was waiting for a 1st forum post or something.

It was down to your purchase email and forum email addresses being different, thus needed manual intervention.

Hi,

I bought the A319 almost 2 years ago through esellerate, but did not register it at that time. Now I can find where to do that as the option seems to be gone.

My purchase Email was different by that time as well

Already done - apparently the installation doesn't work either as I don't have an FLI number for the A319
