    There is only a single version - it works 100% for free at LGAV airport. Once you're satisfied it works OK for you, you can use the Spotlights Manager to purchase a serial number which will unlock full functionality everywhere.

    a simple question , someone who buy your A320 to have Spotlights have to pay again for a serial number ?

    No.  the version you can download works 100% for free with the 320x
