January 1, 197056 yr Dear Clinton- I am not sure what you consider "a mistake", since you also generated a valid license key for the CPFlight driver you purchased. One of the reasons we offer the area-limited version of our drivers is exactly so that you can test the driver in its full functionality and decide whether it fits your purposes before you actually have to purchase a license to use it outside the LGAV area. We have made the license key purchase a process that occurs separately from downloading the driver exactly so that there can be no mistakes claimed in possibly "purchasing by accident". The generation of the license key is a third step, offered as a separate process again, so that we can minimize the possibility of claiming it as an erroneous, unwanted action. Since you already generated a license key, your actions definitely indicate willingness to activate your purchase. Please let me know if there are any other, extenuating circumstances that would warrant this refund. At the moment, your request seems unwarranted. (By the way - our support email is clearly stated both in your order receipt, as well as in the readme file that is shown when installing our driver).
January 1, 197056 yr Author Hi, Thankyou for the reply, By the comments made in your reply im presuming you are making the assumption that im trying to rip you off or mislead you in some way, I apoligise if that is the impression you have got. The fact is that?i have a?MCP737 i have purchased which?is an older one that works perfectly fine with PMDG and FS2004 without your driver,?so when i say mistake, ?it is the fact that i didnt need this driver to start with.Thats ok, my mistake because i did not run the trial program first, test it, before making the purchase, i wanted?everything together ready to go to do a complete install the next day. I?used the advice on the? CPFLIGHT downloadable user manual to get the driver from your company.I will upgrade the firmware and use the new driver.No problem about the refund.Many thanks ?
