I have downloaded some profile files that I want to try out.

Where and how to install them please?

Each of the .ini files belongs in the <FSX>\Simobjects\Airplanes\<AircraftYouLike> folder.

I'm using P3D V.3 Lefteris.

OK - so replace <FSX> with <P3D>.
