[Solved] Trouble Downloading Spotlights

Just would like to check to see if anybody is having issues downloading the version 9 of spotlights, I downloaded version 7 no problems but I've tried to download version 9 four times today but end up with a network issue, I've downloaded other gear today from various websites, internet is working fine so could somebody confirm they have downloaded v 9 without issues,
