Do I Need To Re-Buy Driver For Fsx ?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I own a license for FS9 CPflight MCP pro driver to work with PMDG 73 and 74. (Works great, Excellent job)

I upgraded my system to FSX not using FS9 anymore.

Do I need to re-purchase the FSX driver ? Or can I upgrade my license for FSX ? not paying the full amount again...

Anyway it is only need for PMDG 747X as for PMDG 737NGX the Cpflight driver is compatible.

Regarding the CDU driver, can you confirm it will be compatible with PMDG 737 NGX (FSX) ?

<_<Just wanted to make sure before spending 186$ on drivers...

Dear "raam123",

the FSX driver was a complete rewrite for the FSX versions, hence the requirement to purchase a new license.

the 747 CDU driver is NOT compatible with the NGX.

Hope this answers your questions.

Yep,

It answered my question.

I will appreciate if you can provide any info if it is planned to support NGX or not ?

Thanks.

Such plans have not been determined so far. We're heavily concentrating on the A320-X at the moment. If something changes, we'll let everyone know.
