To whom It May Concern:

I'm having a difficult time trying to use the new FS LABS Control Center version 2.0.1.152 app to download and install my A320x and A319 aircraft in  P3Dv4.5.  It's becoming extremely frustrating. For example my P3Dv4.5 software/simulator is installed on my E drive, and my registry path indicates E:\program files\Lockheed Martin\P3Dv4, yet the Control Center creates a file on my G drive and maps it as G:\Program files\Lockheed Martin\P3Dv4. Note:I changed my registry SetPath as well I ran the Control Center using "run as Administrator".  the Control center also creates a FlighsimLabs folder:C:\user\My file name\app data\roeming\FlighSim Labs; which includes the bin folder DownloadCache folder etc. When acquiring the A320 and A319 aircraft the control center creates compressed files of the A320 and A319 in the Cache folder, with no executable files at all.  I've reached out to FS LABS support explaining this to them, and a ticket was generated to resolve these issues. Note: I purchased both aircraft in 2019 and paid $139.95 and $59.95 respectively. WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, I'm becoming agitated by this issue, since there should be other options available to successfully download, install and enjoy flying these two aircraft.  If anyone has any suggestions, your response would be greatly appreciated. I have an open ticket, so I'm still reaching out to FS LABS support as well.  Thank you; much appreciated.🙂
