in CPFlight MCPPro-2004 Driver for PMDG 737NG / 747-400

I just downloaded the FS2004 737NG Driver and when I click on the "exe" file I get the message:

"Flight Simulator 2004 installation not found.? Setup will end."

I am running Version 9.01.040901 of FS9.exe which should work with the driver.?? Any thoughts??
