January 1, 197056 yr Author Hi Everybody, I have a problem with your offer to try the B737NG interface. According to CPFlight in oeder to see how your software works, I have to upgrade my MCP firmware to version 300. After doing that, If I am not satisfied with your software, how can I?downgrade the firmware again? There is no?driver on the CPFlight website that supports MCP version 300. Therefore, I reckon everybody who upgrades his/her MCP firmware to version 300, will have no choice except buying your software. Is that true?
January 1, 197056 yr Hello there- I am not sure what the process is with the CPFlight firmware. Could you please check with them regarding this downgrade option?
January 1, 197056 yr Author Hi there, It seems I was right. I contacted CPFlight support and they told me it is possible to downgrade the MCP firmware from version 300 to version 208, provided I have a copy of firmware driver?myself. However, They do not explain what will happen?to those who do not?save a copy of the previous version of the driver on their PC. Apparently, CPFLight is not going to put MCP firmware driver version 208 on its website.
