Are there anyone who recently had contact or got a product delivery?

Its been two months since I’ve ordered it and about 1 month ago they said that my product is delivered and gonna give me a tracking.

From then, I now don’t have further information. I kept sent a DM and from last week they now don’t even read my message.

I’ve tried calling them, and of course no answer.

If someone knows any way to contact them, or having a similar problem, please help me.

I feel I got scammed.

I sent a message few days ago on their Facebook page, I asked if they are still on market but, no response at all.

Sorry about your order, we have seen companies coming and going for years, I hope they are not one of them.

Hi Andy,

 

I got my sidestick and tiller a little while ago. I had severe quality issues so I sent it back. I was worse when it arrived the second time. As far as I hear from ACC it is a one man business now.

Do you have any communications with Tobias or any ACC team?

Actually, I’ve got a reply mail about some excuses about his health issue.

Its been a month from that reply mail and ever since then, no more replies.

So I tried to mail them once again, but now the mail is not sending to them. It says that there are no such mail address.

 

If you have any tiny information about current situation, please share with me. Thanks.

Everything I know is that he claims to be severely sick. I´m still waiting for adjustable end stops, because 3/4 deflections are incorrect and he wanted to ship them 6 weeks ago. Another quality issue I told him remains unanswered (14th NOV). Since all of his employees left and considering his current health staus (if true), I personally think bankrupcy is impending. Keep trying to contact him, but don´t expect anything. Nothing more I can tell you sadly.

I had his personal phone number, but that is nothing to share in a forum. I once got an alternate email: info@aircraft-controls.de . I was blacklisted by ACCs mail programm cause I repeatedly sent mails with my questions. If you, like me, being blacklisted, your mails won´t be seen regardless the mail adress.
