January 14, 201214 yr Hi to all . I am just new to this forum and GF MCP + effis which I have purchased just today. I would like to ask if somebody could give me a little bit of heads up on what do I need in order to use GF MCP fully with pmdg 747 8i version or if that makes different to 400 ? As I have just searched and read if I am not mistaken I do need to download and test driver as demo which have some limitation and if happy then purchased interface driver for hardware to work correctly ? Also Has anybody use the same hardware with pmdg js 4100 as I love to fly this plane too. This two planes are my favorite . I do know there are some trick to set it up as I bought before saitek which a had to set it up with spad application using fscrew . As mention I am using fscew voice for both planes, and would like to remain using that . So if anybody could help me to answer this question please. I know it is a little bit early as I don't have that hardware yet so no testing yet could be done . But I am sure somebody already set it up for both planes including fscrew . January 14, 201214 yr You can use the GoFlight driver with the 747-400X - it hasn't been tested with the -800, but if the gauges are the same, there should be no reason why it wouldn't work. Simply download it from its web page and install it. To connect the driver to your hardware, open its settings dialog from inside FSX and hit "Connect". The driver works 100% in full functionality if you place your aircraft at LGAV airport. Once satisfied that all settings work properly, you can purchase a license, provided that your hardware has a serial number. GoFlight have removed this serial number in later firmwares, so if you don't have one, you need to talk to them about it. Regards,

January 15, 201214 yr Petr, if there is no serial number in your hardware unfortunately you cannot purchase our driver as we have no way to authenticate it. Speak to GoFlight if that's the case, and ask for a previous firmware with a serial number. Regards,
January 26, 201214 yr Author Hi I got my gf mcp pro but without any drivers for win 7 . I install your drivers then start fsx and place pmdg 747 at lgav and in fs add on connected ,but no numbers on the actually display . Everything is working effis and mcp but still no numbers. I was trying to search for drivers to support hardware in win 7 but no luck since their website is off . I have also tried fsupic GFdisplay—the EXE , GFDell.dll but all recognize in fsuipc but no luck with numbers on display . Somwhere I read that your driver should take care of default plane but it didn't before installing fsuipc additional dll. NBow the question is am I missing simple driver from Goflight as normal when any hardware is plug to PC . If so please where can I downloaded as their web site is down . Thanks very much for Help .
January 28, 201214 yr Author Hello anybody there I would like to ask for some support. I have some progress in here. With big help by Pete Dowson and others I got my friver for goflight mcp pro and set lua for pmdg 4100 works like a charm . Display no probs , but still no luck with pmdg 747 only switchis but no display working . Even if I switch from adds on plane to default in GF config it doeas change nothing any help would be appriciation. Basically no other planes then pmdg 4100 working. Thanks Petr

Simply install our driver, use the Add-Ons menu in FSX to bring up the dialog window, hit "Connect' and you should be all set to go. Regards,

Regards, Hi , thanks for replay , firstly I realy don't know how to be more clear if I say it's all working nice but without numbers on display only dush lines . If you read my previous post I have stated other aircraft work including pmdg js4100 with user contribution. I need it to install makro file display lua ,pmdg 4100 lua . Work like a charm no problem there . Therefore, I would like to know if you have any other suggestion then connected and it should work . As such, I advised: remove ALL other drivers, use our driver and take a screenshot of the FSLabs driver dialog window when you have connected it to the 747. We can assist further then.

Hi ok back to snap shot, I am not sure why but when open interface driver ,connect + debug mode I can not actualy see interface driver on the screen shot . Here are 3 shots taking by fs flightkeeper but then again the interface driver is visible but no cocpit on background. Thanks appriciate your support .
