Is there no one who supports this product ???? My pmdg panels have been black ever since i put this driver on .... and again now support.... money for nothing i take it.....

Dear Nameless,

did you actually check our knowledge base under the support menu? It describes the solution to your problem.

Also- "money for nothing" ? You haven't paid anything, have you? If you have, it can't have come through us.

Do you have a Dell laptop computer?

hi is there anyway to solve this what is wrong with dell laptops do i need to do something else?

The solution, unfortunately, is for you to format your computer and install a NON-DELL-PROVIDED Windows operating system, as described in my blog entry here.

hi i am using a non dell provided os using windows 7 any other ideas?

Then you should not be experiencing blue screens when rebooting, after disabling DEP. Who provided your Windows operating system?

  • Author

The OS is a vanilla build not provided by anyone....

There are no partitions from dell as the hard drive had to be swapped...

Well, unfortunately, this is NOT the first time someone reports issues on a Dell laptop, but so far, all the issues had been resolved when the user installed a NON-DELL provided Windows 7 x64.

I have no further solution for you at this time...

all i can think is that it does not like windows 7 32bit which is what i am using....

I will install on my home pc .... can you use it on two pc's so when i go away i can use my laptop?

Can you not install Windows 7 x64 on the laptop? It should solve the problem...
