just wanted to communicate that we're facing some issues with our mail servers delaying outgoing emails at the moment. We're working to address the issue - those of you expecting a password reset can also contact us via our Facebook page and DM us there for now.

Just a follow-up on this-

If you have been trying to do a forum password reset and could not, please try again.

NOTE: There are a couple ISPs that are somehow blocking emails reaching customers. Most notable one is @comcast.net - so if you are using a comcast email address, we do NOT expect you'll be receiving emails from us. We've contacted their support team but things will expedite if you do it from your side, as you are their customer.
