Simon Forrister Posted December 10 Posted December 10 Is the 321ceo currently compatible with external devices such as miniFCU, miniEFIS, WINWINGS FCU & EFIS, External Tablets for MCDU operation, etc? If not, when will it be? Thanks Quote
JacCottam Posted December 12 Posted December 12 Hi - I have a winwing FCU and it is not compatible. I can definitely open the EFB & MCDU in a browser so those would work on external devices. Quote
Matthias Giebler Posted December 12 Posted December 12 The WinWing FCU works via Spadnext. Yesterday there was a profile update and now the displays of the FCU should also work with the aircraft. I will test this today. But it does not yet work natively via the WinWing app and it is questionable whether this will work. FSL already wrote yesterday that the owners of the WinWing FCU should contact WinWing so that they can get in touch with FSL again so that they can now be supported. I do not know whether this will happen and how long it will take. Quote
Lefteris Kalamaras Posted December 16 Posted December 16 Hi Matthias, the problem with SimAppPro is that, for some of our customers, it causes a flood of SimConnect_Open() requests (20 requests every second for at least 6 seconds) which then stops any and all other SimConnect applications (like ours for example) to receive any response back from the MSFS platform. This causes unpredictable results. We are trying to make the WinWing authors aware of this so that they can rectify the problem in future updates of their app. In the meantime, we're working with some very smart members of this community to get maximum compatibility with as many hardware products as we can out there - so yes, we're listening . Thanks for some superb feedback! Quote
Trevor Hannant Posted December 16 Posted December 16 SPAD.next have issued a Beta update that maps out all the Rotor Brake commands into easy to read options. Hopefully will come to the release version soon Quote
ALESSANDRO ANILE Posted Tuesday at 09:21 PM Posted Tuesday at 09:21 PM I have the mini-touch where I connected knobs and buttons with various planes, let's hope that it can also do it with Flightsimlabs, to avoid buying other hardware Alessandro Quote
RogerWilco Posted Thursday at 10:50 PM Posted Thursday at 10:50 PM MobiFlight should be the solution for WinWing FCU, EFIS, etc. Quote
ALESSANDRO ANILE Posted Thursday at 11:08 PM Posted Thursday at 11:08 PM I have the mini-touch, I don't want to spend any more money I have this crazy tool, I connected several major airliners with Spadnext, 8 knobs, 16 buttons with forward click and the click to pull is created with the long press, with the lateral switch the knobs become 16 and the buttons 32 Alessandro Inviato dal mio iPhone utilizzando Tapatalk Quote
