[Resolved] [Resolved] Spotlights Instailler not see FSX SP2

Featured Replies

Hello,

I want to know Why I´m not being able to reinstall version 1.0.0.38 that was working normally in my simulator (FSX SP2).

I had to reformat my machine and now when I want to install  Spotlights, that image that I share in the screenshot appears.

I will be grateful if you can help me solve this problem.

Regards

Hello Carlos,

Most likely your version of FSX is incorrect.

Open up your %temp% folder.  Sort the contents by date, newest first.

Start the installer.

Look at the most recent couple of files called setup.

Read their content and it will tell you why it failed.

Hello Norman,

The problem was solved with the registry repair program for FSX who shared  it through a link in this forum which allowed the installer to recognize FSX.

In any case , I thank you for your kind response.

Regards
