Upgrade detent and friction for TCA thrustmaster

TCA thrust detent&friction upgrade and modifying position of CLB and FLX

4 ball plunger + bonding putty

1. remove installed detent
2. install ball plunger with bonding putty
-2 ball plunger on each side will create enough friction and stronger detent almost like real a320
3. Drill little hole on the side panel for each position of plunger(CLB and FLX)
-Only 4 holes are enough,
No need to drill for another detent like mine
-CLB => half lower then original FLX
-FLX => half higher then original FLX
*it will makes more realistic travel between IDLE — CLB

*2more drills can create REV IDLE detent
