Is there anyone who got a product?

They’re communication was good for a few weeks but not now.

Its been a two months since I’ve ordered it and informed that It will take about 1week.

About half a month ago, they said my stick is on delivery but they never told me my tracking.

After that the coummunication to me went significantly bad.

Now I want my money back. And no replies or answers for me more than a week.

if you paid by credit card go for a card recharge stating scam..looks like a bad company to do business with

So sad that I’ve paid by invoice.

I’m about to call them and ask for refund.

I would never recommend this company to anyone else.

Feeling I’ve trashed out my 1200eur.

I was told about 2 months ago that my item was next. Contacted them this week - no reply. I've already been waiting for more than a year. Will look into what legal options I may have.

Sure I will.

Just emailed them again and contacted on IG before taking my next steps. I'm really getting tired. The business owner might argue that this is not a scam, but with this level of communication if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

I’ve been keep sending instagram messeges and email and even called international but no replies on any of them.

Maybe its time we should look for some legal options

I’ve got an update.

I’ve finally got a email from tobias.

He said he was sick badly for a while.

Now his health is getting better so that he can finish some works within few days.

I don’t know Is it true or not, but I’m pleased that I’ve got an answer.
