Why isnt Spotlights working?

I downloaded the Spotlights install. Installed it in folder outside of P3dv4. Started P3d with default raptor confirm little window bottom left. Shut down P3d. Downloaded most recent ini files for PMDG 737NGX (Not the NGXU). placed each FSLSpotLights ini file in each PMDG aircraft folder (beneath the air file). Loaded up P3d, went to night time , Dynamic lights on and turned on Lights in VC of 737-600/700/800/800WL/900/900WL and I don't  have the FSL spotlights , its still the original. Anyone help please???

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
