I don’t know what what you use for taking screenshots but I personally use sharex which allows me to only capture the active window and not the whole screen. Also makes it better for viewing it on forums.

    ... By the way, P3D has a built-in screenshot tool...

    If you press "v", P3D will save a screenshot in the [User]\Pictures\Prepar3D vX Files folder...
