I am seeing an unusual oddity with the A319 at LHR at night. While my view is up and the windows are in view its looks like this...

But when I pan down it does this.

I am using the the inibuilds mod to LHR dynamic lighting and I am asking the question with their devs but I think this maybe a spotlight issue.
