James Goggi Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Hi, I have the PMDG 747 (and of course the FSL 319/320) and I DON'T want to use FSL Spotlights on the 747. I don't have any spotlights.ini file in the 747 folder, but I see the little square in the lower left side of the screen. Is there a way not to have Spotlights loading when using that plane? Thank you. Quote
Lefteris Kalamaras Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 James, you don't have to use it and you can use the Add-Ons->Spotlights menu to hide the little box entirely. EDIT: If there's no spotlights.ini in the aircraft folder, Spotlights is dormant and consumes very little to no processing power. Quote
James Goggi Posted January 21, 2019 Author Posted January 21, 2019 Thank you, Lefteris. Of course this means that I have to go to the Add-Ons->Spotlights menu and enable/disable it according to the airplane I use, right? Quote
Lefteris Kalamaras Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Yes, James, that's right. My apologies for the inconvenience. Quote
James Goggi Posted January 21, 2019 Author Posted January 21, 2019 Thank you, absolutely no need to apologise , I do apologise for not reminding about the menu... I see that I can even only hide the little box without disabling the spotlights, fantastic! Quote
