Anyone else getting all the lights on full when loading up?

a320-x and a319-x happened on both, somewhat fixes when I load the manager, but then all the floods don't work?

 

Is this on P3Dv4 or the 32-bit versions?

Also- spotlights are entirely integrated in our aircraft, the manager should not be used - did you perhaps enable any additional orb-like spotlights that would shine everywhere?

Also, this looks like when somebody has loaded the 320x having had another add on aircraft previously loaded.  This means even changing from one livery to another without restarting your simulator.
