January 14, 201016 yr Are you in windowed mode, or full screen? (if in full screen, the popup window might hide behind the main window). Try using it in windowed mode instead.

I am in windowed mode. Minimized the main window in case the popup window was behind it, but unfortunately no popup window was present.

Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, each time using the right-click "Run as administrator" option. I am also a member of the Administrators group on the machine.
