New Mcp-Pro

Featured Replies

Hello!

I had to have my MCP-Pro repaired after I zapped it inadvertently with a 1/2 inch static discharge spark! :-O

The unit was damaged beyond repair and Go-Flight graciously offered me a completely new unit :-)

But this means I now have a new serial number, and the License Key Generator at http://www.flightsimlabs.com/support/license-key-generator/ does not seem to accept this new MCP-Pro serial number to generate a new license key. (And I am assuming I do need a new license key...)

So what is the proper procedure to generate a new license key for the new serial number of my new MCP-Pro?

Cheers,

- jahman.

Dear Jahman,

please have GoFlight email us with verification of the replacement and we will gladly offer a new license key for you.

What is your corporate email address so I may forward it to GoFLight?

(I can't seem to find an email address on your web...)

Many thanks!

-jahman.

GoFlight have our address, but feel free to let them use either mine (lkalamaras (at) flightsimlabs (dot) com) or the info@ one.

Best regards,

I have a somewhat similar problem. My first GoFlight MCP-Pro died and I returned it to the online retailer I bought it from. They were unable to get me a replacement in any sort of reasonable time frame so I ordered a replacement from GoFlight. The replacement was recommended by John Krieg at GoFlight after he helped me confirm that the first one was indeed broken. Since I had already purchased the GoFlight driver from you on Jan. 11th for the now dead MCP, how do I go about getting a replacement driver from you? The new MCP is being shipped now so I don't yet have the new serial number.

By the way if there is any survey about other drivers, I would be interested in a Captain Sim 757 MCP driver.

Thanks,

Jeff Willard

p.s. I just saw the Concorde-X video. At first I thought it was actual file footage of a real aircraft. In the past, I hadn't been that interested in adding a Concorde to my add-ons, but after seeing that video, now I can't wait. It looks fantastic!

Jeff-

sorry for the long delay in answering you!

Please let me know as soon as you have the new serial number, so I can issue a replacement license key for you.

Thanks!

Lefteris,

I got my replacement MCP-Pro today. How do we process a new license key? Besides the serial# of the MCP, what else do you need? Should I post that here in the forum, or is an email better?

Thanks,

Jeff

I wouldn't post it here... just sent me a PM or an email... (support (at) flightsimlabs (dot) com).

Jeff-

I've sent you a PM here with instructions. Did you get it? Any problems? (You can reply via PM please).
