Well yes, I kind of do. But I'm not going that far to print all the docs.

I print 2 pages per flight, and my printer can do 4000 pages for about 5 euros (it has ink tank instead of cartridge). Slow and noisy printer, but cheap

Where did you get the top sheet from?

Looks like the 4U and EW EDP loadsheet forms.

I am not sure if it is current though, I got it some time ago and I have just been copying it... But very good.

Well...not really much on it, the interesting stuff happens on the EFB. Just a summary as far as I recall...
