That will be a no then.

Make sure that you have exceptions listed in both any antivirus program and Windows Defender.

  • C:\ProgramData\FlightSimLabs\LAAS
  • C:\Users\\Documents\Prepar3d v4 Add-ons\
  • C:\Users\\Documents\Prepar3d v4 Add-ons\FSLabs
  • C:\Users\\Documents\Prepar3d v4 Add-ons\Spotlights

Additionally I would add the following folder in its entirety for performance:

  • Prepar3D installation folder

Uninstall and reinstall Spotlights having made these exceptions.

Since I don't know anything about your issue apart from its not working I will assume Windows 10.  Google showed me this.

I found that there was no need to make exceptions in Defender if you have made the exceptions in your antivirus and are running it, I use Kaspersky.

Until this was done I couldn't get Spotlights to work.

Thanks Patrick.  Too often people report 'I've disabled av/defender not understanding that these products are never truly disabled.
