Hi i have the same problem of light flood light main panel that does not work.
I installed Spotlight Version 1.0.0.33 and P3D v3.4.22.19868 (HotFix3)
can we help me

    If you have windows defender, turn this off in the defender settings and try it again. for me this works. let me know if it works for you
